Panagbenga Festival (English: Flower Festival) is a month-long annual flower festival occurring in Baguio. The term is of Kankanaey origin, meaning "season of blooming".

Designers and crew work on their colorful floral floats in preparation for the annual Panagbenga Grand Parade of Floats on Thursday. The month-long festival, which began first week of February will end with a street-dance competition on Saturday and a Grand Parade of Floats on Sunday to showcase the rich culture of Baguio and the Cordilleras.
